While we understand that circumstances may change, we regret to inform you that we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. Our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention, personalized for each customer. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Cooking with Love. We're truly honored to have you as part of our warm and loving family.

All sales are final. Cooking With Love does not accept returns or offer refunds being that products are perishable and made to order. 

Here's why: when you place an order with us, we immediately get to work preparing your goods with the freshest ingredients and an extra sprinkle of love. We don't have pre-packaged items sitting on shelves. Each item is made exclusively for you, with a whole lotta TLC. 

But if something goes wrong between our doors and yours, don't worry! We're committed to making sure you're absolutely delighted with your order. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours with receipt of your package with picture evidence of damage/ defects.
